| " To diligently work towards providing better analytical products to investing community while continuing enhancement of Value Proposition " |

Thus, theoretically, a bunch of carefully selected best financial performers shall always give better returns compared to a selection based only on market capitalization, which may be somewhat deceptive. This principle is the mainstay of FINDX series of indices where stock selection is purely on merit of the financials and not on popularity of the stock. A unique Performance Value is assigned to each stock in the selected basket and this value acts as a weight to the value of stock in the index. Based on calculations of more than 40 such indices and stretching the testing back to September 2005, the results clearly support the opening argument of investing in fundamentally better stocks for earning better returns.
To augment our current offering of Index bouquet covering Indian and US equity markets, we plan to add few more indices. We also have plans to cover other markets and provide our uniquely calculated indices to the investors in these markets.
Desai Research Associates is one of very few independent stock index providers in the world and First in India. The premise of the business is to actively use own index calculation methodology and provide investors an option for better returns from their portfolio investments. Market participants such as Mutual Funds, Institutional Investors, Wealth managers, HNWIs and even common investor can benefit from the FINDX series of indices.
